Hello, friends! My name is Vera. I’m in a primary school. Today is Wednesday. In the morning, I have Chinese at 8:00. Chinese is useful. Our Chinese teacher is Mrs Wang. She is popular. We all like her. Then at 9:00, I have maths. I don’t like maths, because it’s difficult. Next, at 10:00, I have PE. That’s my favourite subject. I have lunch at school at 11:30. Tina wants some apples and pears. So Mrs White buys three kilos of apples and two kilos of pears for her. They go home at four.

I’m Lucy. My family and I enjoy watching TV. I like nature shows. They are very funny. I can learn about animals from different countries. I watch nature shows on Saturday evening. My father likes basketball and football, so he really likes watching sports shows. He watches sports shows in the evening. My mother is a teacher. Her favourite TV shows are music shows. She watches them in the morning.

I went to the River Thames with my parents on my winter vacation. We saw a very big wheel near the river. My dad said it was called the London Eye. We saw everything from the London Eye. It was very exciting. And we visited Big Ben, too. It was very big. I bought a small Big Ben model for May.

Yesterday was Saturday. It was sunny. I got up at 7:30. After breakfast, I went to the beach with Alice at 8:10. We swam in the sea. We went shopping at 10:00. I went to the bookshop at 3:20 in the afternoon. At 6:00, I went home by bus.

Everybody wants to be healthy. Eating healthy food is important for us. There is some healthy food. You can eat more vegetables and fruit. For example, you can eat bananas, apples, oranges, carrots, cabbages and so on. They can make you healthy and strong. Don’t eat too much ice cream or chocolate. Don’t drink too much Coke. It’s not good for your teeth or even your health. Many children like eating junk food. It might make you ill and weak. Sports can keep you healthy. Get up early and do some sports every day. They can make your life better.
