Tom never(从不) plays the piano. He likes swimming. He goes to school by bike. On the weekend, Tom and his sister often play football. They’re very happy.

Most people throw their straws away after using them. Americans throw away 390 million plastic straws every day.

A lot of these straws go into the ocean. This is very bad for the ocean. Some animals eat them. They get sick. They can even die from this.

Some countries are trying to deal with this problem. The US and the UK both plan not to let people use plastic straws.
